Passion Project Update #3
Over the past few Fridays I've been able to make a powerpoint and form a general outline of the project to be continually filled with more information. I've found a couple interesting websites like the "Lexicon of Sustainability" and "Sustainable New Jersey" and "The Island School," located in Eleuthera, Bahamas- where I've visited before. I would have liked to have been able to find a more organized and straight forward website that I could take information from instead only using old archives and formal (and difficult to understand) documents. I also would like to be able to take the complex information and turn it into a simpler and more understandable presentation.

Passion Project Reflection #2
I haven't made as much progress as I would have liked this past week. I was absent last Friday so I haven't been able to work on it as much. However, I am going to work hard tomorrow to catch up. I have continued to work on discovering different methods of sustainability-- pinterest has a lot of really good pictures and quotes that I was able to find. I will hopefully continue to learn more about this topic and I will start to develop a presentation outline where I can start to paste the quotes and pictures I found. I learned about the major forms of current sustainability such as wind energy, tidal wave harnessing, etc. So I will start to focus in on each individual method tomorrow.

Passion Project #1 Reflection
I began researching sustainable development on the first Friday that we began to research. I didn't expect to find as many sources on this topic as I did- and sources that were very interesting. The topic of sustainable development covers a lot more information that you'd think. My problem now is finding a way to organize and arrange all of the information that I found into a presentable format. I'm planning on talking about capitalism and climate change-- I found a really good book about it called This Changes Everything. I will continue to research engineering advances and new technologies that will be used when sustainable development become more prevalent.
